Dijon Mustard Sauce |
Ingredients: |
1 finely diced shallot |
1 cup white wine |
1 tablespoon dijon mustard |
2 cups heavy cream |
salt and pepper to taste |
Directions: |
Bring shallot, mustard and wine to a boil; reduce liquid by 1/2. Add cream and reduce until thickened (whisk to keep from burning). Add salt and pepper to taste. |
